What better excuse to party other than supporting a good cause and an excuse to wear your best roman attire? The 12th Annual Kellogg Summer Soirée benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Dallas is this Saturday.
This Mediterranean-inspired event will be held from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12 at Trinity Groves, 3015 Gulden Lane, Dallas, TX 75212 and followed by a rooftop after-party at Saint Rocco’s down the street at 3011 Gulden Ln., Ste. 100 from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Tickets are only available to buy online here and 10-person VIP packages can be purchased for $1,500. The first 100 tickets are $100 each, after which the price increases to $125.
With a Roman carnival theme, guests clad in Roman-style attire can dance the night away to the music of fusion DJ and Decks in the Park founder Jeff Mitchell in collaboration with Rene B. Rodriguez and the Events Moderne team. While the DJ spins, guests can enjoy a host of activities, including an auction where they can bid on exclusive experience packages, a wine pull where $25 buys a chance at a bottle of wine worth five times as much, and games like the perennial favorite “Heads or Tails.”
Attire is fancy dress or dressy costumes with an imperial Roman flair. The first 100 tickets are $100 each, after which the price increases to $125. Named sponsorship opportunities for the event are still available.
