Trying to find cute clothes that fit when you’re a girl that’s 5’9″ can be annoying, but trying to find cute clothes that fit when you’re a girl that’s 6’4″ can be a downright hassle.

WNBA team Dallas Wings players Courtney Paris and Theressa Plaisance are two of the tallest players on their team, measuring in at 6’4″ and 6’5″, respectively. The average American woman is 5’4″ tall.

Just because Paris and Plaisance are tall doesn’t mean that they can’t still find clothes to define their personalities and accentuate their personal styles and tastes.

Many brands are starting to carry tall sizes. ASOS, J. Crew, Gap, Lulu Lemon, Zappos, Old Navy,  Ann Taylor Loft, Nordstrom and Topshop all have specific sections in their stores catered to tall women.

“My style is whatever makes me feel comfortable,” Courtney said. “Simple, but nice. Mostly simple. I don’t follow trends, I just wear what I want.”

“My go- to outfit is probably boyfriend jeans and a Hanes V-neck T- shirt,” Courtney said.

You can dress up a t-shirt by pairing it with a necklace, cardigan, kimono, blazer, or wear a dress over it. Wear it with a skirt, or go more casual with skinny or distressed boyfriend jeans with sandals or sneakers.

Comfort always takes priority for Theresa. She can almost always be found in a T-shirt and athletic pants or jeans when she has to dress up.

“If I’m just hanging out with friends, on a typical day I’ll have on basketball shorts or sweatpants depending on the weather, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes or comfortable house shoes,” Theresa said. “But if I’m going somewhere where I need to have on something other than sweatpants, I will wear skinny jeans or pants and a nice v-neck. That’s typically my go-to! Extremely simple and always comfortable!”

Theresa’s favorite places to shop are Banana Republic, J Crew, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Nike, Nordstrom Rack and any sneaker store like Footlocker, Champs or Foot Action.

The Dallas Wings players have also been loving the summer trend of the off-the-shoulder tops, pairing them with stacked platform sandals to accentuate their height.
