We love a list and a Best In Dallas list is even better! We can barely sit still for this one; our list today comes from our favorite reality TV hubby, the Sean Lowe.
Best known for meeting and falling in love with Catherine on season 17 of “The Bachelor,” the couple is now happily married and living in Dallas, with their baby boy Samuel. Catherine owns and operates a stationery company, LoweCo, and Sean is a real estate developer. They’ve also recently co-launched Vouch, a dating app for singles and the friends who love to set them up. Simply set up a profile and invite friends and family to swipe for you. The busy couple also now has their very own furniture line called Home by Sean and Catherine Lowe. Read on for Sean’s Best In Dallas list!
There are so many great pizza spots in Dallas, but this Bachelor has a favorite. “We’re suckers for good pizza and nobody does it better in Dallas than Cane Ross,” he said of the Deep Ellum pizzeria. As for toppings, he likes it spicy and sweet. His advice: “Order the Honey Bastard if you like it spicy!”
“We love going to the Belmont and enjoying cocktails while taking in one of the best views in Dallas,” Sean tells us of this scenic watering hole, connected to one of the coolest hotels in the city. “BarBelmont has a very cool, vintage feel to it that adds to the experience.” The cocktail list is short and sweet and the views breathtaking.
With their own chic furniture line, Sean and Catherine have the sofas and chairs covered. For home accessories and gifts, they shared a local love. “Talulah & Hess in Lakewood for quirky, fun pieces to add to our home.”
Sean and Catherine love their fur babies. Their favorite pastime: playing outdoors with their pup. “White Rock Dog Park is a favorite of mine,” said Sean of the pet hangout. “We love getting out there on a beautiful afternoon with our chocolate lab Ellie and watching her swim in the lake with the dozens of other dogs.”
On off days, Sean likes to hang with the fam downtown. “The Perot Museum of Nature and Science is hardly a secret,” he told us, “but it’s still a fun place for us to go as a family. Its exhibits are geared towards kids but it’s still a ton of fun for adults too!”
