Calling all Pinterest addicts! Get ready for one Pinterest-worthy event, because when Julie McCullough gets crafty it’s like transporting into a Pinterest Wonderland. Julie and her local boho brand Folksie will be hosting a curated market at Dirt Flower’s new House of Dirt venue. A terrific spot to snag a gift for yourself or anyone on your holiday shopping list, the Grand Opening party for the pop-up event will take place next Thursday, Dec. 22 from 5 to 9 p.m.

The full-service florist, delivering the cutest flowers and succulents across Dallas, Dirt Flowers will open up their doors in the Bishop Arts District to shoppers and local makers alike. Come meet the makers and hang for a while before you peruse the boutique shopping and dining experiences Oak Cliff has to offer. The event will be a bit untraditional and in a refreshing way. As one cohesive pop-up store, The Shop will feature clothing, home goods and finds from Folksie, pretty things by Betty Bohling Designs, wall candy by Haylee Ryan Art, and woven wall hangings by Knot So Cookie.

Come to shop, eat or rock out. The Grand Opening soiree will feature festive music stylings by Sister, Banh Mi sandwiches by Oak Cliff Pop Up Kitchen and complimentary cocktails.

The Shop will be open Thursday, Dec. 22 and Friday, Dec. 23 from 12 to 10 p.m., Friday and Christmas Eve (Saturday, Dec. 2) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information on the pop-up shop, click here. More vendors to be announced. 5% from every sale will benefit the James S. Hogg Elementary School’s Art & Communities Programs.
