Bigger, Better & Restocked: Zara Reopens at Galleria Dallas
Rumors have been swirling surrounding Zara at Galleria Dallas. The store went dark in August, and many fans of the brand wondered if it was gone for good. We went straight to the powers-that-be at Galleria for the inside scoop:
Representing the only Zara location in North Texas, the Spanish fast fashion brand’s Galleria Dallas flagship has long been a beacon of on-trend and gently-priced sophistication. After shuttering this summer, however, buzz had it that Zara might not return. Perish the thought!
In reality, the brand was working in tandem with Galleria management all the while, in order to pull together the largest possible footprint in time for holiday shopping. Now reopen, the store is nearly three times its original size, at some 30,000 square feet.
Still located adjacent to Nordstrom and Belk on Level One, Zara is now fully stocked with expanded collections for men, women, and children. Of note to parents and gift seekers, Zara Mini is also now part of the mix. And as devotees breathe a sigh of relief at this notable return, we’ll highlight a few of our favorite fall fast fashion finds!
Zara’s Cloth Coat in Camel ($169) and Polo Neck Sweater in Burgundy or Grey ($35.90) look luxe beyond their price tags. For fall and holidays nights on the town, the Leather Mini Skirt ($69.90) is ideal for those wishing to rock the current ‘70s-inspired patchwork craze. Lastly, the classic Short Dress in White ($49.90) is an ideal year-round staple. Add or subtract layers, as you please.
