The iconic blue box. The classic Tiffany T. These symbols epitomize a brand deeply rooted in luxury, promulgated upon excellence, and credited for moments of bliss worldwide. Admittedly so, our hearts skip a beat (or several) when peeking through the glass tops at Tiffany & Co. as we stare in awe at dazzling beauties -- searching for our next coveted treasure that will wrap itself within the little blue box.

Just last year, following several months of secrecy, we unveiled new details for the classically bold Tiffany T collection. This year however, Tiffany & Co. whisks us on a trip down memory lane with the launch of its newest collection, as we trace the history of the New York Minute through the eyes of Tiffany & Co. Founder Charles Lewis Tiffany. This history lesson, while virtually enlightening, opens up the gateway to the newest in the world of Tiffany luxury: The Tiffany CT60 Watch Collection.

Definitively described as “60 seconds of pure possibility,” the New York Minute marks the cadence, pulse, and energy of life in The Big Apple as well as many other metropolitan meccas scattered across the globe. Credited as the innovator of the New York Minute, Charles Tiffany symbolized the term by erecting a nine-foot Atlas clock directly above his store in 1853 – a clock which continues to tick away today directly above the entrance of Tiffany & Co. on Fifth Avenue. Since its construction in the mid-1800’s, the people of New York now seldom miss a beat.

Inspired by the New York Minute, the Atlas clock, and a Tiffany & Co. gold watch gifted to U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1945 (pictured above), Tiffany now commemorates its legacy in time with the introduction of its CT60 watch collection. Crafted with the finest in Swiss watchmaking expertise, both watches for men and women include a chronograph in stainless steel with self-winding mechanical movement, blue soleil finishing, and silver poudré numerals.

Sixty limited edition watches are also introduced in the collection, with an 18 karat rose gold calendar set on a sapphire crystal display back. Other notable standouts from the collection feature a 3-hand timepiece in 18 karat rose gold, decorated with gold poudré numerals, and diamond bezel.

Crafted in excellence and stamped in time, the Tiffany CT60 collection is one bathed in tradition and dripping with brilliance. Honoring the legacy and watchmaking pedigree established by Mr. Tiffany himself, this collection is one that will set the pace for Tiffany & Co. for many years to come. Beginning at $4,250, the CT60 collection is now available at Tiffany & Co. at NorthPark Center and Galleria Dallas.
