Returning Saturday, December 20, A Nearly Naked Nutcracker will hit Deep Ellum hot spot Trees for a one day only, ballet-inspired risqué production. The locally acclaimed revue mixes a whole lot of naughty with just a touch of nice for one of Dallas’ most entertaining holiday spectaculars.  

  For its fourth anniversary event, Broads and Panties is pulling out all the stops for its no holds barred performance. Recognized for its amusing twist to The Nutcracker ballet, this burlesque rendition of a holiday classic is unlike anything anyone has ever seen. As the recipient of rave reviews, A Nearly Naked Nutcracker returns to much anticipation from fans and new admirers alike. The fourth annual performance touts appearances by Los Angeles based duo The Snappers, Miss Texas Pole Star 2013 Lisa Cannon, and an impressive list of performers from the Broads and Panties crew. Highlights include musical guests Lyrical Laveau, and columnist for Pin Curl Magazine Lillith Grey. Known for “bringing down the house”, local emcee sensation Violet O’Hara will host with more to come by way of raunchy storytelling and aerial artistry by Cirque du Burlesque’s Skye Starling (pictured below).  

  With less than a few weeks away from the much awaited production, our excitement amps as the buzz around town hints that these broads really know how to put on a show. Wittingly leaving little to the imagination and reserved for a mature adult audience, A Nearly Naked Nutcracker will hit the stage Saturday, December 20, at Trees.
