Though temps still soar here in North Texas, we at DFW Style Daily are looking forward. Today, our F/W 2014 Trending series continues with key fashion trends for the season to come. Take note, to stay ahead of the style curve.
Combining cosmic prints, constellations of embellishments, and intergalactic themes, our next fall trend is – dare we say it? – out of this world. Looks along these lines are alternately moody and ironic; we’re spotting some serious starry nights, as well as cartoonish fantasies.

Thornton Bregazzi of Preen’s darker take on the trend hones focus on villain Darth Vadar.
Hinting at a little sci-fi ESP, the first winner of the FGI Dallas Career Day Musselman Scholarship, Holly Hmielewski of Stephens College, focused on cosmic prints back in 2013 (pictured above). She is a fashion forecaster, indeed!
