Dallas Resale Gem Ditto Boutique Is Moving, Expanding & Rebranding

Building both fan base and covetable collection with each passing year, Ditto Boutique has officially outgrown its Lakewood shopping center storefront – and its designation as a “hidden” gem.  With a move in progress, the resale fave’s new location, under a new name, will offer savvy shoppers even more fashionable finds.

Set to debut this August, Ditto’s fresh spot sits at 9020 Garland Road, neighboring the Dallas Arboretum. Expect a selection of better sportswear, accessories, and ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s vintage items. The latter have become Ditto’s hallmark, along with clever in-store styling and excellent customer service. A merge with home and gift shop Random coupled with the move will also bring two new categories to the merchandise mix. And that’s just the beginning.

Says owner Jane DeNike, “We will do what we love best from both Ditto and Random, while adding new vendors. We are creating  a new lifestyle brand.”

Under the name Echo, DeNike’s new brand sounds like equal parts curated consignment store and upscale flea market. That’s music to our ears. We’ll keep you posted via social media on Echo’s official opening date. As of today, both Ditto and Random are closed in their original locations.
