While much of our focus these past few months has been pulled to the north for the splashy opening of Belk’s Galleria Dallas flagship, we’ll now shift gears to a trio of anticipated arrivals at another favorite destination, NorthPark Center. With stores debuting therein as first-ever locations in DFW, there’s much to excite local shoppers. Read on for the scoop on both recent and upcoming additions to NorthPark Center:  

  Now Open Spanx Level 1, between Dillard’s and Macy’s The leading shapewear company opened the doors to its new NorthPark Center location on May 16, 2014. A “Jiggle-Free Jubilee” grand opening event boasted not only an appearance by Spanx founder, Sara Blakely, but an abundance of support from local fashion bloggers and enthusiastic fans. This marks the third store opening this year for Spanx, with NorthPark representing the company’s first retail squeeze on the Lone Star state. The newly minted space is splashed in red Lucite and high-gloss lacquer to inspire a vibrant shopping experience. “We design every Spanx store to be approachable, comfortable, and fun,” Blakely says. “From the flattering lighting in our fitting rooms to the chic, high-energy atmosphere of the store, we make it easy for shoppers to have an enjoyable and supportive shaping experience.” Housing over 200 slimming products including bras, swimsuits, and even men’s undershirts, this new addition stocks everything necessary for most underlying fashion needs.  

  Tory Burch Level 1, between Neiman Marcus and Dillard’s The largest Tory Burch retail location in the Metroplex, this new addition to NorthPark Center opened its doors on April 25, 2014. The popular lifestyle brand garnered much hype for its grand opening, and promises much in return for devoted customers. Featuring a widespread selection including current ready-to-wear apparel, shoes, handbags, accessories, and most recently, beauty products, Tory Burch is a classic fit for one of Dallas’ premiere shopping locations.  

  Opening Soon Robert Graham NYC Level 1, near Dillard’s Boasting sales in over 1,500 retail stores worldwide, a stand-alone Robert Graham storefront is set for a summer debut. This location will net another DFW exclusive for NorthPark Center. Named “Best Designer of 2013” by the American Apparel & Footwear Association, this well-known luxury label is notorious for attracting adventurous “connoisseurs of life.” “We are thrilled to be opening our first store in Dallas, and couldn’t imagine a better place than NorthPark Center,” says Michael Buckley, CEO of Robert Graham. “The city attracts people from all over the world, so we are excited to introduce the Robert Graham lifestyle to a varied customer base in this area.
