Continuing a season of sensational showcases for North Texas fashion talent, CBS Radio Dallas will host a first-time event on Thursday, March 27, that has all the makings of a hit.     Design & Dine will combine a creative, craveable menu from top area restaurants and vendors with a special presentation of the work of five local designers. From the food to the fashion, guests should expect the unexpected when it comes to Design & Dine’s pairings.     We’ll offer a hint as to the unconventional plans guided by producer Willie Johnson (The Pin Show) and reveal that no typical runway show is in store. In fact, Design & Dine will open a window to the world of local fashion. Featured lines include Abi Ferrin, Mario Alberto, Hueso Outlaw, Le’Venity, and Shemara Couture. To whet the appetite, examples of current looks are pictured herein.     A host of incomparable taste and style will lead the evening, KVIL’s own Steve Kemble, a.k.a. America’s Sassiest Lifestyle Guru. Fitting also is Classic BMW of Plano, a venue sure to send pulses racing. A portion of proceeds will benefit Junior League of Collin County.
