Not all craft fairs are created equal. After a short hiatus, the Etsy Dallas Jingle Bash returns this Saturday, November 23 to The Shops at Park Lane. Beginning at 11 a.m., over 60 artists and crafters will sell their handmade creations, including jewelry, clothing, handbags, pet and baby gifts, artwork, photography, and stationary.
Given the volume of vendors alone, this promises more than the typical craft fair. In addition, the folks at Etsy Dallas also promise a unique experience for shoppers. Adjacent spaces will combine indoor shopping with outdoor activities, such as make-and-take projects. Park Lane resident Gordon Biersch Brewery will be selling craft beer and food. Plus, the first 50 adult shoppers to arrive will receive a coveted “Bash Bag” full of handmade swag. In previous Bash years, devoted shoppers arrived three hours early to snag a bag.
Whether shopping for yourself or for holiday gifts, the Etsy Dallas Jingle Bash 2013 will surely have something for everyone. Most designers take custom orders as well, so keep that thought in mind if you don’t see exactly what you’re seeking. Admission and parking is free.
