As the fall social season kicks into high gear, we have to admire an event that goes beyond the beaten path. Cocktail parties are nice and all (very nice, actually), but Fashion Group International of Dallas’ next shindig takes industry networking on the go.     Next Monday, September 16th, our local chapter of the global non-profit will host Ride The Runway at TerlinGO Cycle (3105 Reagan Street, Dallas). Co-hosted by our own Rhonda Sargent Chambers and super-blogger Cynthia Smoot, all proceeds will benefit this year’s upcoming Fashion & Lifestyle Awards Night of Stars Gala. The event also marks this new studio’s grand opening, and devotees of founder John Terlingo include some of Hollywood’s hottest stars. We’re talking Charlize Theron, Emmy Rossum, and Nicole Kidman – just to name a few. In other words, TerlinGO is perfectly poised to get Dallas red carpet ready. Fashion Group International is a professional organization with 5,000 members worldwide, spanning the apparel, accessories, beauty, and home industries.
