Early this year, we reported on SMU student-slash-fashion designer Kira Plastinina’s plans to open a boutique in the Plaza at Preston Center. Originally slated for March, her LUBLU Dallas store is now open, according to ShopTalk’s Raya Ramsey. Stop into the centrally-situated spot around the corner from the University Park Library to scope Plastinina’s dresses and separates splashed in bright prints.     The opening comes on the heels of many changes at the Plaza. Aftershock London bowed in May, and Calypso St. Barth recently debuted a newly-expanded boutique next to Mel Crews. Read all about those additions here.
