Last Wednesday, June 19th, Fashion Group International of Dallas presented the latest in its Frontliners event series. “Luxe Desire” took place at the NYLO Dallas South Side Hotel, and included an enviable trunk show and a panel discussion on luxury design.     Guests, including current and prospective FGI members, arrived shortly before 7 p.m. to mix and mingle. Panelist Carinthia Kishaba of Couture Rocks Fine Jewelry displayed many necklaces, earrings, and more, over which to swoon. Speaking also was wedding gown designer duo, Luis Nazario and Andre Yabin of Binzario Couture. The pair dressed models in their latest creations.     Terri Provencal, editor of PATRON Magazine, sat as moderator for these three talented Dallasites. Following a discussion of the custom design process - from receiving an order to its completion – questions were accepted from the audience.     The evening wrapped with an hour of networking and trying on beautiful jewelry.
