Now in its second year, the Tootsies Dallas Top Blogger contest again seeks stylish locals to represent the designer boutique brand. In 2012, Jen Smith of Blank White Frames took the title (pictured below, far right), edging out eight other blogger-competitors. As before, 2013 hopefuls will have their pictures made in Tootsies clothes, earn a Tootsies gift card, and be featured on Tootsies' social media outlets.     Guess the first criteria would be a serious devotion to Tootsies. If you or someone you know fits the bill, click here to enter a blog URL address for consideration. Entries will be accepted through June 14th, with public voting on finalists to follow. The big winner will be announced at an upcoming Top Blogger Finale event.
