Following up on our
end-of-February report, we have new projected opening dates for both LUBLU and Aftershock London in the
Plaza at Preston Center.
Indeed, many changes are afoot at this favorite central Dallas shopping center. Around the corner from the new University Park Library, popular jeweler
Matthew Trent will soon reopen in an expanded storefront.
Calypso St. Barth has also grown, following the recent merge of its women’s and home boutiques. Look for the new combo shop next to
Mel Crews.

Delayed, however, is
LUBLU. Early this year, we reported on SMU student-slash-Russian retailer
Kira Plastinina’s plans to open a Dallas boutique. Originally slated for March, LUBLU’s doors will now (hopefully) open in June.

Finally, a debut date of May 9th is set for Aftershock London, also in the strip behind the new library. Currently boasting more than 150 stores and concessions worldwide, this marks the first U.S. location for the British women’s wear brand.
