It’ll Be Hat Heaven at Lee Park’s ‘Day At The Races’

Coming up on Saturday, May 4th, the Lee Park Junior Conservancy’s ‘Day At The Races’ has all the makings of an unforgettable Southern celebration. Think classic mint juleps and hand-rolled cigars, plus live music, dancing, and over-the-top hats as far as the eye can see. Now in its fifth year, this fundraising event is held in honor of the 139th Kentucky Derby. DFW Style Daily is proud to help spread the word, with ticket sales benefiting the preservation of historic Arlington Hall and the development of surrounding Lee Park.     Festivities kick off at 3:30 p.m. on May 4th at Arlington Hall. General Admission starts at $125, and a V.I.P. upgrade nets private seating and a special gift bag. Ticket sales are open to the public, and some 500 partygoers are expected. Kentucky Derby Chic attire is suggested, and awards will be bestowed upon the best dressed guests.     Arlington Hall at Lee Park is located at 3400 Turtle Creek Boulevard in Dallas.
