“Fort Worth has really stepped it up when it comes to fashion and style,” declares Bel Flores.

We had the pleasure of meeting this pretty, petite blogger at our recent Lafayette 148 New York soirée at Neiman Marcus. Turned out in an on-trend ensemble of peplum top and sequined pencil skirt, we’ll admit we were surprised to learn that she hailed from Fort Worth.
And Flores is determined to change such perceptions.
West 7th is a new Fort Worth shopping favorite.
Spurred on by stereotypes of her hometown as a one-trick pony when it came to clothing – denim and boots, anyone? – the 24-year-old started blogging in February of this year. Through Style By Bel, she plans to prove that Fort Worth has a fashion-forward side, too.
Dirty Laundry boutique is located at 3007 S. University Drive
Flores is a stylist by profession, with experience in the retail world, and she approaches her topic of choice from an informed perspective. Though still in its formative stages, her blog has already highlighted an under-the-radar University Drive boutique and a Fort Worth trendsetter interview.
Here’s to a young fashion blogger with a fresh perspective. We look forward to following Style By Bel in the months to come.
