Following last weeks’ Season 11 premier of Project Runway, we were baffled by our Dallas hopeful James Martinez’s stumble into the bottom three. Sadly, this week, that stumble turned full-on fall as James was cast off the fashion island.
Considering the poor advice delivered by his team members last week (if you’ll recall, this season of Runway is all about furosemide 40 mg the teams), we were glad to see James follow his own instincts this time around. On the other hand, working completely alone may have lead to his downfall.
Allow us to explain.
The challenge presented to the contenders this week was to produce a conceptual uniform for actress Susan Sarandon’s ping-pong club, Spin. The designers worked together to create looks for servers and the overtly named ‘Ball Boys,’ who pick up balls at the club.
James, furosemide 40 mg designing for a Spin server,
again seemed to be falling flat in mentor Tim Gunn’s eyes, as well as to his fellow teammates. Originally crafting a pair of pants and shirt, his team advised James to modernize the lower half.
Considering this designer is known for jeans back
here in his hometown, this should have been a walk in the park. Or so we thought.
Come judgment time, the Dream Team again was the lowest scoring team. And again, James’ look was among the most questionable in the low-scoring range. His multi-fabricated tank top and short pants were an http://furosemide20-40mgdosage.com/ oddball look, to say the least. But then again, also odd is the fact that Susan Sarandon owns a ping-pong social club. Right?
Anyway, Heidi was quick to call out James’ poor pants, as well as the distasteful idea of a server serving food with exposed arm pits. All judges seem to have been thinking along those lines, including Sarandon herself. It was no
surprise, then, when augmentin 875 mg James was declared out.
Needless to say, we’re disappointed in our city’s contestant and his very short run.
On the upside, last week’s big winner Daniel Esquivel performed well yet again. The Austin native’s multiple mentoring sessions with fellow teammate Layana Aguilar helped her take top honors this week. Best of luck to Daniel Esquivel moving forward, and
our condolences to James Martinez.
