Oh Joy, Another Collab is Coming

Now, please bear with us as we stifle a yawn. You see, the term collaboration works like a hypnotist’s sleeping cue on our brains these days. A-hem.

Dropping soon, Target’s tapped Prabal Gurung for its next designer collaboration line. We flipped through the look book in a perfunctory manner, and while the prints are “kaleidoscopic” as billed, and the palette is very bright, the dresses, separates, and accessories hardly piqued our interest. Didn’t we just do neon and peplums about two minutes ago? Anyway, consider details including the line’s official launch date of February 10th and price range of $12.99 to $199.99 dutifully shared.

Drew Debuts Wal-Mart Make-Up Line

And speaking of launches, bubbly actress and all-around entertainment industry force Drew Barrymore debuts a new cosmetic line this month. Following years as a co-Creative Director at CoverGirl, Barrymore brings to her fresh brand, Flower, insider industry expertise. Available exclusively at Wal-Mart, the range includes nearly 200 products for face, eyes, lips, and nails, staring at under $5.

Mina Chang, Nhã Khanh Shine at the Globes

Finally, while last Sunday’s Golden Globes red carpet left fashion circles buzzing about Jennifer’s Dior and Halle’s Versace, we here in Big D were head over heels for Mina’s Nhã Khanh. Humanitarian, recording artist, and founder of non-profit Linking The World, Mina Chang hit the Globes red carpet in a custom gown by Dallas designer Khanh Nguyen of Nhã Khan. Representing InStyle Korea, the statuesque beauty looked stunning in the lace-embellished creation. Click here for more pics, via Oh So Cynthia.
