Heather’s Diary: Love Lost, Passion Found at Silk Threads Gala

Imagine a story of love lost, yet, found again.

Two people, torn apart by unforeseen circumstances, ultimately reunited –

Their broken hearts mended.

Is there anything more beautiful? More romantic?

Silk Threads told this story though fashion at the Crow Collection of Asian Art.

The ethereal clothing was draped in romantic, flowing lace, adorned with gold and crystals.

Interpretive dancers and performances moved the story along,

While Attitude and Passion brought the audience together.

Heather Lettieri

Born at a very young age, Heather Lettieri has always been fascinated with fashion’s ability to transform. A friendly neighborhood waitress by day, she fills her free hours by combining a love of photography and a heavy passion for clothes in her personal style blog, Against the Grain. Look sharp, and you might also spy her crashing posh Dallas store openings and fashionable events. If marrying one of her various celebrity crushes doesn’t pan out, Heather aspires to one day become a crazy cat lady while running her own vintage boutique and bakery.
