Heather’s Diary: Striking, Selfish, Scene-Stealing Shoes

What I love most about shoes this season is the fact that they refuse to play a supporting role to the opulent, flashy fashions of fall. They’re taking center stage and demanding our full attention. Opening line: Summer is over, folks. Do kindly, get over it.

During this transitional time we have a brief window of opportunity to get a head start. A quick trip to Galleria Dallas heavy hitters Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom proves that some of the hottest styles are already in store. Are you ready to shop?

I’m a thoughtful gal, always thinking of others (unlike our subjects today – ahem), so below I present a cheat sheet for you. Some of these beauties await you on shelves, others are available online. All will steal the spotlight.
