Taking place, tomorrow, Thursday, July 26th, we have learned of a last-minute event you will not want to miss.
Following last week’s tragedy in Aurora, Colorado, many of Dallas’s most stylish personalities have partnered with Uptown restaurant Sambuca (2120 McKinney Ave, Dallas) to raise funds for survivors through the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance.
From 4 – 7 p.m., this special happy hour will be hosted by Gene and Julie of The Gene & Julie Show on 103.7 Lite FM. They’ll welcome special guests including Cynthia Smoot, Steve Kemble, Jane McGarry, LeeAnne Locken, and Aurora survivor Megan Saunders. In addition, CBS 11 News will be airing live on location throughout the evening.
Donations will be accepted at the door ($20 suggested), and complimentary appetizers and half-price drinks will be served. For those wishing to help but unable to attend, donations can also be made via IGiveFirst.com.
