Though the holiday season seems far, far away (because, well, it is), the ladies of the Dallas-area Chi Omega Alumnae are already gearing up for this year’s annual shopping extravaganza.
Marking its 35th year, the 2012 Chi Omega Christmas Market will take place November 14th – 17th at Centennial Hall at Fair Park. Boasting some 150-plus national vendors and attracting upwards of 10,000 shoppers, this event is known to be one of the premier markets of its kind in the region.
Attendees can expect to find jewelry, home décor items, women’s fashion, toys, linens, and original art. What’s more, over the course of the four-day market, thousands of dollars will be raised for this year’s beneficiaries, including Contact Crisis Line, Friends of Wednesday’s Child, Genesis Women’s Shelter, Make-A-Wish Foundation® of North Texas, Night OWLS, Parkland Foundation, Readers2Leaders, Taylor’s Gift Foundation, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, and Chi Omega Collegiate Scholarships.
No wonder these stylish elves plan so far ahead.
