  It’s shaping up to be quite an exciting year for Krystal Schlegel. Recently returned from New York Fashion Week, the SMU student will soon wrap up her degree in fashion media, while maintaining her popular style blog. All eyes will also be trained on this lovely blonde as she walks the runway with the 2012 Fresh Faces of Fashion at Stanley Korshak, come March 23rd.  

  DFW Style Daily chatted with Krystal about a few of her obsessions not too long ago, including chili cheese popcorn and Cartier jewels. In other words, this Best Dressed honoree’s Texas charm has a decidedly sophisticated side.  

  Photographed on location in Oak Cliff’s Bishop Arts District, Krystal styled herself in J Brand jeans (her “go-to” pair) and booties by Camilla Scovgaard.
