Is DASH Coming to Dallas’ West Village?

Rumor has it that Khloé and the rest of the Kardashian clan may be looking to put down retail roots in Uptown. We’ve got the details, as they stand right now.

On the heels of hubby Lamar Odom’s trade to the Mavericks, Dallas shopping fanatics have been a-twitter with the possibility that wife Khloé Kardashian and her fellow reality star sisters might open a branch of their clothing boutique DASH here in Big D. Up to now, little info on the potential retail debut has been available, save for a vague item posted by TMZ back in December.

However, late last week, in true rumor mill fashion, a friend of a friend of a friend of a DFW Style Daily staffer made contact with some insider DASH info. This unnamed source reported to be aiding the Kardashian family in scouting a storefront in Uptown’s West Village shopping center. The source went on to share that a deal may already be in the works.

Though hardly concrete, this information did finally give some heft to the DASH Dallas reports, after a fashion. What’s more, an official statement from the West Village is very encouraging, indeed:

“I definitely think that DASH should have an Uptown location, and that West Village would be a perfect fit,” wrote Rachel Fresquez, Marketing Coordinator for the West Village, in a statement to DFW Style Daily. “Not only have we reached out to the Kardashian family, but the shoppers of West Village and Dallas have also reached out via Twitter, etc., to support West Village as the next location for DASH!”

Looks like the West Village may, indeed, be a frontrunner in the race to debut DASH number four. We’ll keep you posted as details develop.
