The two-year-old independent clothing and accessories store will conclude its run next Saturday. Until then, all merchandise is being liquidated at 60% off.     A visit with owner Ashley Omessi today confirmed that Frocks Boutique (2805 Allen St., Suite 119, Dallas) will close at the end of business on December 31^st.   This reporter has followed Frocks since the beginning, from its debut in Addison Circle in 2009, through a move to Uptown in July of this year. Offering affordable, contemporary clothing and accessories, Frocks was always a reliable source for a party ensemble, gift, or quick pick-me-up.   Citing dwindling capital as the reason for the closure, Omessi explained, “It’s been a good run, and I’ve had a lot of great supporters.”   The young entrepreneur plans a personal move to Austin in coming weeks, and doesn’t dismiss the idea of opening another boutique in that city at some point in the future.   For the time being, all merchandise at Frocks will be marked 60% off through December 31st.  A small selection of jeans is available, staring at under $40 per pair, as well as dresses starting at under $30, and tops for under $20. Select accessories and men’s items are also available.   Note that the store will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
