Austin Jewelry Designer Kendra Scott to Open Boutique in West Village

Hot on the heels of the high profile grand opening of Club Monaco in the West Village comes yet another much-anticipated debut. On September 30th, the Uptown shopping center will welcome Austin-based jewelry designer Kendra Scott.

Kendra Scott is developing a reputation in the fashion world for making stylish jewelry priced for every woman. Her flagship store, located on trendy South Congress in Austin, attracted bold-face names like Luke Wilson for its grand opening celebration in February. What’s more, celebrities including Paris Hilton (seen below in the “Ava” necklace, $170), Michelle Trachtenberg, and Hilary Duff have been spotted wearing her designs.

Following the August 13th opening of a boutique in Beverly Hills, Scott’s West Village store will open on September 30th. In addition to showcasing the designer’s ready-to-wear items, DFW Style Daily has learned that the new spot will contain a “Color Bar”. This signature Kendra Scott feature enables creative shoppers to customize jewelry pieces with gems in a wide spectrum of colors.

We’ll keep you posted on details as they become available. For more information on Kendra Scott and to view the entire collection, visit
