Each week, DFW Style Daily reveals the style fixations of our city’s top trendsetters. Today, Nancy Klompus, Dallas’ most sartorially chic fashion consultant, shares her top five – plus two bonus obsessions she can’t live without.

1. Purple Miu Miu Pumps

Through her company, Buy Request, Nancy and her team finesse the closets of many stylish individuals. But what does this professional personal shopper covet for herself? “I spotted these amethyst suede Miu Miu pumps at Neiman Marcus NorthPark ($595), and I love them,” she shares. “The heel shape is so fresh and the color will be my new neutral for fall.”

2. Pedicures at Coldwater Creek Spa

When she’s in the mood to be pampered, Klompus loves the ultra-luxurious pedicures at the Coldwater Creek Spa at Southlake Town Center (starting at $55).

3. Archive Vintage

Of this well-curated Uptown boutique, Klompus says, “The fabulous and inexpensive vintage finds are exceptional, and the front room has a to-die-for YSL collection.” Pictured here are a few current picks (from top left), including a leather top-handle bag ($55), cropped blue satin jacket ($32), hinged leather belt ($28), and a floral day dress ($32).

4. Amanda Sterett’s “Clara” Necklace

Sterett recently nabbed Reader’s Choice as Best of Big D: Best Jewelry Designer for the second year running, and her labradorite and blue agate “Clara” necklace ($325) is a current Klompus favorite.

5. White Jeans

White skinny jeans ($158) by Joe’s Jeans “make your thighs look thin,” according to our expert. Find your perfect pair at The Blues Jean Bar in Snider Plaza.

6. Prada’s Fall Collection

Looks from Prada’s ‘60s-inspired Fall 2011 collection have Klompus obsessing over her wardrobe for next season. “Prada totally channeled Marlo Thomas in the television show, That Girl,” she explains. “It has my name all over it!”

7. Pravana Perfection Smoother Treatment

Finally, Klompus keeps her hair sleek (despite the summer heat and humidity) with these formaldehyde-free treatments from Salon Three Thirty. We hear she’s ditched her flat iron since becoming a devotee.
