Let’s Do Launch: A Letter From the Editor

   

 

To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. Rather, the words thrilled, floored, and overwhelmed come to mind when I look back at DFW Style Daily’s first week online.

 

The grand plan was for this past five-day period to serve as a “soft launch”, introducing our new fashion and style website to a small audience before an official debut next week.

 

But plans were made to be broken.

 

Instead, the traffic and positive feedback since Monday has exceeded our wildest high-end expectations. And we have you all to thank.

 

Kicking off with our bold mission statement and exclusive coupon for Needle’s Haystack, and continuing on through the impending closure of Ahab Bowen and a bumpy night at the Club Monaco grand opening, this week in the Dallas style world has been entertaining and eventful.

 

Next week has many fashionable surprises in store. For now, however, we have a two-part assignment for you:

  1. Tell a friend. Hell, tell two friends.
    We are independent, and word of mouth is key to our survival. Like what you see? Spread the word. Pass along a link to the site and ‘like’ us on Facebook.
